2002, Mike Sawyer bought a cigarette lighter at the Lexington, Kentucky Antique Mall inside an old tobacco warehouse.  This Zippo type lighter has Blue Cross Blue Shield  with their TM symbols on one side and on the other is West Virginia's Largest Plan for Hospital-Surgical And Medical Care. Sawyer paid $4.00 for this lighter and in 24 hours was offered $10.00 by a health conscious advocate in California. Oh, the big overhead signs in this antique tobacco warehouse stated "Don't Litter, Keep Tobacco Clean.
